A “MONSTER” boyfriend allegedly tortured his partner and her baby by stabbing her in the eye and biting the child’s nose off.
Pierre Gabriel Francois, 29, was arrested Saturday after allegedly biting off a 1-year-old girl’s nose, throwing her out a window, and gouging out her mom’s eyes with a knife in a savage attack.
A Broward Sheriff’s Office arrest report revealed Francois was arrested in Florida on three counts of attempted murder and one count of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
Francois allegedly tortured his 22-year-old girlfriend Aliza Walker and her one-year-old daughter Leianna.
Days after the suspect’s arrest, Crime Online exclusively interviewed Aliza’s grandfather, Ron Walker.
Ron told the news outlet that his infant great-granddaughter – who remains in the ICU – is “hanging in there” and “getting better day by day.”
He said his granddaughter is in critical condition in the ICU at Broward Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
As Ron discussed the attack on Aliza, he said Francois “bit her, hit her, stabbed – did everything he could to hurt her.”
The brutal attack caused Aliza to lose her eyesight, according Broward Assistant State Attorney Eric Linder.
However, Ron remains hopeful as his family was told by an ophthalmologist that Aliza’s eyesight could possibly be recovered in a few years.
Ron also revealed Francois and Aliza had been dating for approximately four years and he had never suspected something like this would’ve happened.
“Everything seemed OK when they were at the [our] house,” he told the news outlet.
Francois currently remains in jail a $550,000 bail and is facing charges of attempted murder and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, according to Crime Online.
A GoFundMe titled “HELP! Domestic Assault-Aliza Walker & baby Leianna” has since raised at least $2,000 of its $75,000 goal.
The fundraised seeks to use donations for Aliza and Leianna’s medical treatment.
The violent incident took place at the family’s Fort Lauderdale home in Florida on Saturday, December 12.
Leianna was found face down on the lawn in the front yard after reportedly being thrown out of a window from the family’s one-story home.
Sgt. Don Prichard of the Sheriff’s Office said: “The infant suffers from what appears to be a skull fracture, as well as it appears that (her) nose was bitten off.
“This was a very, very gruesome scene that the deputies encountered, and it was caused by a family member.”
Francois’ mom told investigators that she was asleep in her room when her son entered, “began acting like he was mad,” and beat her.
She also revealed he had been diagnosed with schizophrenia and wasn’t taking his medication, and said she thought he was also under the influence of an unknown narcotic, according to the report.
According to Francois’ mother, her son then went to a different room in the house started hitting the infant girl and her mom, who yelled out “don’t hit us” before there was silence.
At one point, Francois was seen throwing the child out of a window at the front of the home, the report said.
Francois’ mother was able to run to a neighbor for help, but her son fled the home – and was taken into custody a short time later, the report said.
Inside the home, cops found the Leianna’s mom with a laceration to her throat and multiple lacerations to her face, and she was also rushed to the hospital the report said.
At the hospital, a doctor treating Leianna said she was on life support with a traumatic brain injury and a possible brain bleed, the report said.
Leianna’s mom was also intubated and unresponsive with a large laceration on her neck and bandages on her face.
A nurse treating her said she had a laceration to her trachea, a laceration on her liver, multiple lacerations to her face, and stab wounds on her eyes.
Francois was hospitalized before he was arrested and booked into jail.
