My dear friend, Life may have knocked you down.
You may have found yourself at the rock bottom in your life at the moment.
It is possible that you are at the lowest ebb of your life as i am speaking to you.
Maybe you have failed or fallen.
Maybe life may have brought you down on your knees.
I have a good news for you. I have a cheering message for you and I have a special announcement for you. YOU SHALL RISE AGAIN.
Les Brown once said, “when you fall, try to land on your back because if you can look up, you can get up.”
There is a saying that the downfall of a person is not the end of his destiny.
You may have been down today but it does not mean you will stay down forever, you shall rise again.
Life comes in seasons. As we have seasons of winter, summer, Fall and Spring. In life we have seasons of Joy, celebration and Mourning. We have a season of saying welcome and a season of saying goodbye. We have a season of laughter and a season of tears. We have a season of plenty and abundance and a season of lack and need. In the same way, we have a season of falling down and a season of rising up, such is life.
How you will rise again, i don’t know. When you will rise again, i don’t know but all i know that one day you shall rise.
People may try to talk you into giving up on yourself. Maybe they told you that you cannot recover from that sickness, maybe people have told you, you have no future in your career. Maybe you have been told that you will not win the legal battle. Maybe people have told you that you cannot make it in life. Do not listen to those people. If it is up to them, they will like you to stay down forever. But the good news is that they did not put you into this world. The one who put you into this world knows you were created for a purpose and if you can keep a good attitude, believe in yourself, trust the process, get your fire and passion back, be optimistic and hopeful, you will rise up again one day.
In the Journey of life, when we fall, we get up and keep moving.
There is a lot of falls in the journey of life. It is called life. Sometimes you have to find yourself at the lowest of the low. But the fact is that because you find yourself at the lowest of the low does not mean you cannot bounce back and get up again.
Life could be summarized as a journey and an interplay of constant falling and rising.
Sometimes in life, you fall and you rise.
For a seed to bear fruit, it has to be buried in the sand first from where it germinates, grows and bear fruit. Without being buried or coming in contact with sand/soil, it cannot germinate nor grow nor bear fruit. In the same way, when we find ourselves at the rock bottom, take it as an opportunity to grow, opportunity to develop your skills, opportunity to learn, opportunity to be better and an opportunity to be the best version of yourself.
As Long as you are alive, when you fall down, you will definitely get up. It is only dead people that don’t get up after they are buried. As long as we are live, we are hopeful that no matter how many times we fall, no matter how long we stay down, we shall rise someday.
Life is a constant battle, fight and struggle of falling down and getting up. Every person in this life experiences this.
Sometimes, it is good to fall down in life so that we can rise up higher. Life greatest lessons is learned when we are down.
A lot of people in our world are down right now. Many have given up. Many have lost hope. Many are thinking that they will not rise again. Many are upset because they think it is game over, the end of the road. We need people to help lift others up not to put them down. The world needs more and more good people filled with compassion and love to help lift the downtrodden, the downcast and those who have fallen. We need men and women of goodwill to help people get back up. Are you going to be that person?
We live in a world where it seems people are happy when people fall down. It is as if people want others to experience pain and misfortune and it gives them joy. I don’t understand what that is all about. Someone once said that more people will come for your funeral more than your birthdays because generally people like to see you on your back rather than to see you on your feet. So sad.
May we never put other people down or cause in anyway the falling down of others but rather let us support, encourage, assist and help them back up once again on their feet.
If you have found yourself at the darkest place of your life right now, please do know that the sun will shine again. If you are are at the lowest part of life right now, please be encouraged that you shall rise up once again. Remember no condition is permanent. The only thing permanent in this life is change. You will soon experience transition from down to up and when you rise and get to the top, do not forget where you rose from and do not allow where you are in life to get into your head, remember those who helped you up, those who were there for you, those who never left you nor abandoned you as well as those still there at the bottom, maybe think of how to help them up as well like you.
